We require a 20% minimum deposit to confirm a booking and this is non refundable.
The full balance is due six weeks prior to arrival and a refund will only be given on the balance if the accommodation can be re-let less any administration cost.
There is a security deposit required which will be refunded as soon as posible following a successful check out.
Joining instructions will be given when the booking is fully paid.
We can only accept payment by cheque, bank transfer or cash.Cheques should be made payable to Mr.F.W.Robson.We can accept payment in either pounds or euros.
The properties are all non smoking ( smoking allowed outside on balcony or patio areas only) We do not accept pets or children under 8 years of age in many of the properties so please check with us.
