Guardamar del Segura near Alicante

Guardamar is a popular seaside resort ,especially with the Spanish, due to its wonderful beaches which stretch for over 14 kilometers. The town offers the visitor many attractions throughout the year from the ruined castle, lovely parks, pine forrests, sports centre and great restaurants. Guardamar is the perfect place for families as there are no loud bars and discos in this area.

There is air conditioning in the lounge and two bedrooms and paddle fans throughout the property to keep it cool in the summer months.

Rates: Low season November to March £500 per week with no hidden extra costs.

Mid Season April to June and September  end of October £650 per week with hidden extra costs

High season July and August £895 per week with no hidden extra costs.

A £100 refundable security deposit is required and this will be returned within two weeks of the holiday if no loss, damage or additional cleaning is required.

 4 weeks for the price of 3 for monthly rentals from November to June.

El Pinet near La Marina Village on the Costa Blanca

El Pinet is a new development on the outskirts of La Marina which is just 20 minutes drive south from Alicante Airport. This development is set in rural surroundings and close to the golden sandy beaches of the Costa Blanca. A short walk through the pine trees brings you to the beach area with a good selection of typically Spanish bars and restaurants. The village is also within walking distance and here you will find a plenty of shops bars and restaurants to suit most tastes. The village is a 10 minute drive from the beautiful town of Guardamar with its ruined castle, great restaurants, lovely parks and sports centre.

The apartments are on the top floor and first floor with views over the pool and side views of the sea and lakes. Both apartments are identical in their layout having a double bedroom and  twin single bedroom sleeping up to four people per property.The top floor apartment has a rooftop solarium, air conditioning ,WiFi and English TV channels. The First floor apartment has paddle fans and English TV programmes and WiFi.There is free parking outside.

 There are no extra hidden charges but there is a refundable £100 security deposit which is repaid within two weeks of the holiday if no loss, damage or additional cleaning to the property is required.

Mosa near to the city of Murcia in the Costa Calida

Mosa is a quiet residential complex within a gated community only 15 minutes from the city centre of the historic city of Murcia with its fine catherdral, university, theatres, shops and restaurants. Quesada  on the Costa Blanca 30 minutes south of Alicante Airport

This delightful one bedroom apartment is set in a small residential complex overlooking a lovely communal swimming pool. Situated on the outskirts of Quesada and only a 10 minute drive to the beautiful beaches of the Costa Blanca. The nearest town is Torreveija where you will find plenty of things for holiday makers to enjoy including the promenade with bars and restaurants, street markets, water park, football stadium, shopping mall and fine restaurants.                                                                                                                 The property has a kingsize bedroom with two double wardrobes, a bathroom with bath and overhead shower, open plan lounge with fully equipped kitchen and a large sunny balcony leading off the lounge and bedroom and leading down to the small garden and pool.
