El Pinet is a small residential development on the southern tip of Santa Pola natural park, one of the principal bird watching areas in Alicante province.It is located on the outskirts of La Marina village, which is typically Spanish with a range of small independant shops, bars and restaurants. Alicante airport is a short 20 minute drive away making this a very accessible location.
For bird watchers this is certainly the place to spot stilts, avocets and rare ducks. There are bird hides and observation towers which provide fantastic views over the whole park.
These self catering apartments are located on the first and second floors and are available for long term or holiday rentals.The second floor apartment has a solarium with far reaching views of the sea and it also has, in addition, a dishwasher and air conditioning.
