El Pinet is a small residential development on the southern tip of Santa Pola natural park, one of the principal bird watching areas in Alicante province.It is located on the outskirts of La Marina village, which is typically Spanish with a range of small independant shops, bars and restaurants. Alicante airport is a short 20 minute drive away making this a very accessible location.
For bird watchers this is certainly the place to spot stilts, avocets and rare ducks. There are bird hides and observation towers which provide fantastic views over the whole park.
The apartments are located on the first and second floors and are availble for long term or holiday rentals either furnished or unfurnished.The second floor apartment has a solarium with far reaching views of the sea. Both apartments have large sunny balconies which overlook the communal pool and have side views towards the sea.The properties are two bed, one bath with spacious lounge, kitchen and utility area.
