The apartment has two twin bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a jacuzzi bath and the other with a shower area.All linen and towels are supplied for guests.
The open plan kitchen comes fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave,washing machine, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, iron, ironing board and breakfast bar.
The large sunny lounge with cream leather sofas, TV and DVD player, dinning table and four chairs.
There is air conditioning and paddle fans throughout the apartment to keep it cool throughout the warm summer months.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and there is a designated underground parking space with lift access to the apartment and plenty of storage space for golf clubs etc.
Tariff:
£250 per week for low season November to March
£300 per week in mid season April to June and September to October
£350 per week for high season from July to August. There is an additional cleaning charge of 60 euros payable locally.
We offer a 15% discount for longer stays of 4 weeks and over and in Low Season we offer 3 weeks for the price of 2.
